Is Fiberglass Insulation Safe?
Yes, but be aware that you should wear the personal protective equipment (PPE), such as clothing that completely covers your body (long sleeves, high neck shirt, jeans, etc.), safety glasses, gloves and a face mask. Even donning the above-mentioned PPE, you may still get the prickly fiberglass on your skin.

How does Fiberglass Insulation Work?
Fiberglass insulation is usually rolled. The insulation is placed inside the walls, in the floor and rafters of an attic, and in basements. Insulation absorbs heat and prevents the heat from moving to the outside. Insulation is measured in R value which indicates the resistance to the heat movement to the outside. The higher the R value, the more energy efficient the insulation is.
